1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using TCGIndex (tcgindex.io), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Service description
TCGIndex is a market intelligence service for Trading Card Games. We surface opportunities, signals and weekly market reports across multiple TCGs. The service includes both free and premium tiers.
3. Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- One account per person. Shared or automated accounts are not permitted.
4. Paid subscriptions (Shop, Pro)
- Billing: paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly depending on the plan chosen) via Stripe. Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable taxes where required by law.
- Automatic renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. The card on file is charged on the renewal date.
- Cancellation: you can cancel at any time, either from the account page (button "Gérer mon abonnement" / "Manage subscription" which opens the Stripe customer portal) or by emailing [email protected]. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
- Right of withdrawal (EU consumers): in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, by subscribing and starting to use the service immediately, you expressly acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal for already-consumed services. You remain free to cancel at any time for future billing periods.
- Refunds: we do not refund already-charged periods except in cases of material service failure. Contact us for any dispute and we will handle it in good faith.
- Price changes: we may change subscription prices for future billing cycles with at least 30 days notice. Current subscribers keep their existing price until their next renewal.
4b. Pokemon Pricer (Shop plan)
The Shop plan unlocks higher usage quotas on the Pokemon Pricer tool for resellers (Vinted sellers, card shops). Usage limits are published in-app and may evolve.
- Price data comes from Cardmarket via their public Price Guide and their partner API. We are not affiliated with Cardmarket; we relay their data with attribution.
- Photo recognition uses a third-party AI model. We do not store uploaded photos beyond the time required for the request.
- Prices shown are estimates. You remain solely responsible for the listing price you set on your own marketplaces.
5. Not financial advice
All data, analysis, and content on TCGIndex is provided for informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. We do not recommend buying, selling, or holding any particular card, set, or product. Use the data at your own risk.
6. Intellectual property
All trademarks, card images, and game names are the property of their respective owners (Wizards of the Coast, The Pokémon Company, Konami, Bandai, etc.). TCGIndex is not affiliated with or endorsed by any card game publisher.
The TCGIndex brand, methodology, and original content are our intellectual property.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from TCGIndex without permission.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' accounts.
- Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Redistribute premium content (weekly digest) to non-subscribers.
8. Limitation of liability
TCGIndex is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or missed opportunities arising from the use of our data or analysis. Price data may be delayed or inaccurate.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
