1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using TCGIndex (tcgindex.io), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service description

TCGIndex is a market analytics platform for Trading Card Games. We provide price tracking, market data, trend analysis, and a weekly market digest. The platform includes both free and premium tiers.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • One account per person. Shared or automated accounts are not permitted.

4. Premium subscriptions

  • Premium subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
  • You can cancel at any time from the Stripe customer portal. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you have an issue.

5. Not financial advice

All data, analysis, and content on TCGIndex is provided for informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. We do not recommend buying, selling, or holding any particular card, set, or product. Use the data at your own risk.

6. Intellectual property

All trademarks, card images, and game names are the property of their respective owners (Wizards of the Coast, The Pokémon Company, Konami, Bandai, etc.). TCGIndex is not affiliated with or endorsed by any card game publisher.

The TCGIndex brand, analytics methodology, and original content are our intellectual property.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from TCGIndex without permission.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' accounts.
  • Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Redistribute premium content (weekly digest) to non-subscribers.

8. Limitation of liability

TCGIndex is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or missed opportunities arising from the use of our data or analysis. Price data may be delayed or inaccurate.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
