TCGIndex began with a simple frustration. Valuing a card meant checking a dozen sources that rarely agreed, with no way to tell a real trend from a single sale. The information advantage always sat with whoever had something to sell.
The market had quietly grown into a real asset class, but its data never grew up with it. TCGIndex was built to close that gap: to collect the market continuously, clean it, and turn it into something people can actually reason with.
TCGIndex is built by an engineer specialized in large-scale data systems and quantitative modeling, based in France, on a single conviction: the trading card market deserves the same analytical rigor as the financial markets.
